This website, limitunlimited.com, is run by Limit Unlimited Technologies Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 13642306). We are based in Tipton, West Midlands.
For the personal information described in this policy, we are the data controller. Our registered office is 1 Bolton Rise, Tipton, DY4 0WE. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZB316744.

What this policy covers
This policy covers personal information we collect through this website, including the blog at limitunlimited.com/blogs. It does not cover information we handle on behalf of our clients as part of a project. That is set out in the agreement for each engagement.
Information we collect
When you use our contact form
Our contact form asks for:
- your full name
- your phone number
- your email address
- your business name
- the service you are interested in (optional)
- your message
- whether you would like to receive marketing emails from us (optional)
When you submit the form, these details are sent to us by email at [email protected]. The form does not save a separate copy of your enquiry on the website.
When you email or phone us
If you contact us directly, we will have whatever you choose to tell us, along with your email address or phone number.
When you comment on the blog
Our blog runs on WordPress. If you leave a comment, WordPress records the name, email address and any website you enter, the comment itself, and your IP address and browser details.
When you browse the site
Like most websites, our hosting and security services automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. On the blog, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our articles (see Cookies and similar technologies below).

Marketing emails
We only send you marketing emails, such as occasional news, articles or offers about our services, if you tick the box on our contact form asking to receive them. The box is not ticked by default, and leaving it blank does not affect how we deal with your enquiry.
Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing [email protected]. Once you opt out, we will not send you marketing again.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our email. They only process your information to provide their service to us.
- Namecheap hosts the website, including the contact form and the WordPress blog.
- Cloudflare sits in front of the website to deliver pages quickly and protect it from attacks. It processes your IP address and request details, and also hides our email address from spam bots.
- Google serves the fonts used on this site (your browser requests them from Google's servers, which receive your IP address) and provides Google Analytics on the blog.
- Microsoft 365 provides our email. It delivers contact form submissions to us and stores the enquiries and correspondence we receive.
- Email marketing services: we may use a third-party service to send marketing emails to people who have opted in. If we do, it will only use your details to send those emails on our behalf, and we will name it in this policy.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or with professional advisers such as our accountants or lawyers where needed.
International transfers
We do not send your personal information outside the UK ourselves. However, Google and Cloudflare may process technical data, such as your IP address, outside the UK when they deliver fonts, analytics and website security for us. Where that happens, the provider is responsible for putting UK-approved safeguards in place, such as the UK-US Data Bridge or standard data protection clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: 36 months from our last contact with you
- Enquiries that lead to work: 36 months from the end of our work together, or longer where the law requires us to keep records
- Blog comments: kept for as long as the comment is published
- Marketing consent: kept until you unsubscribe, plus a record that you opted out so we do not contact you again
- Google Analytics data: 14 months
Cookies and similar technologies
The main pages of this site (home, services, about, insights and contact) do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a small security cookie to tell real visitors apart from automated traffic. This is strictly necessary and does not track you across other sites.
The blog uses some additional cookies:
- Google Analytics (added through the Google Site Kit plugin) sets cookies that tell us how many people read each article and how they arrived. These cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.
- WordPress may set cookies to remember your name and email if you leave a comment and choose to be remembered.
You can change your choice at any time using the "Consent Preferences" button in the bottom-left corner of any blog page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Refusing Google Analytics cookies will not affect how the blog works.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your information
- restrict how we use it, or stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests
- send your information to you or another organisation in a portable format, where this applies
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.
How we protect it
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, so form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to our email and website admin is limited to the people who need it.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

We will update this page if the way we handle personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
